Our objective as a Labour Market Observatory is to provide relevant, reliable and timely labour market information to all stakeholders.
Specifically, KLMIS is intended to:
Enhance the scope and quality of labor market information, and to make it publicly available to meet the needs of different users.
Help labor market participants make informed choices, and thus to contribute to the reduction of the skills mismatch and unemployment.
In particular, LMI is meant to inform career decisions of students by providing them with information on benefits of investing in education and skills, and on expected wages depending on the field of study, and occupational choice.
Key Labour Market Indicators present the relevant information on:
Nature of Job Opportunities (by urban/rural location, sex, level of education and occupation);
Earnings and Wages (by sex, education and occupation);
Key Employability Skills, i.e. skills valued and demanded by employers
